ISI’s Collegiate Network (CN) student Jordan Bloom of the College of William and Mary was recently presented with the William F. Buckley Jr. Award. The award is given each year to the writer of the best campus-focused article published in all CN publications during the 2009-10 academic year. Bloom is currently the managing editor of CN publication The Virginia Informer and was a 2010-11 CN intern with The Washington Times.
